How's Your Vision?

A wise man once wrote, “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” If you look at the most successful individuals and companies, you’ll find one thing in common: they all had a vision, a goal, a purpose—a mission.

The executive leadership of Evergreen Enterprises recently met to draft and decide what would become the new company mission. You may have seen it printed in our latest catalogs, and we wanted to share it here as well…

Our Mission

  1. We enhance life by providing exceptional home and garden decor products known for their quality, beauty, and functionality.
  2. We are committed to the practice of free and fair trade and are respectful of our global business partners as well as the environments in which we all operate.
  3. We are a progressive learning organization that seeks best practices with customers, employees, vendors, and shareholders.

Along with this 3-part mission statement, Evergreen has also committed itself to a set of core values, many of which are already key strengths within our organization…

    Our Values

    1. Customer-Centric Focus
    2. Family Spirit
    3. Agility
    4. Creativity
    5. Quality of Work
    6. Easy Working Relationships

We as a company have enjoyed strong growth over the last several years, even in trying economic times. Our desire is to continue to not just survive, but thrive, into the coming decades, and we look to our mission and values to help get us there.

So, whether in business or in life, we ask you: What’s your mission?
